RASCO has delivered 75 pieces of winter road maintenance machinery (snow ploughs and spreaders) to Norway and 50 sets of winter maintenance equipment to Ukraine
On the eve of the winter season, we have shipped 21 spreaders to German utility companies and four snow ploughs to Munich airport. The specificity of these ploughs is their width of up to 6.5 meters, which significantly increases the cleaning efficiency of large areas such as airport runways.
It is no small matter when a northern country like Norway or one of Europe’s largest airports puts its trust into a winter service equipment manufacturer from a Mediterranean country. This certainly includes Russia, which has been our customer for years. This means that we have managed to prove ourselves through our quality and a wide range of products in the very competitive market over the past three decades, where customers get a complete solution for vehicles used in the maintenance of all types of transport infrastructure in one place, regardless of whether they require trucks, utility vehicles or tractors, CEO Ivan Franičević points out, adding that several winter service equipment kits were recently delivered to domestic utility companies, as well as to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We are proud because we export more than 70 types of our products to over 40 countries on five continents. At the moment, a total of 400 people are employed in the facilities in Kalinovac near Đurđevac and in Senta, Serbia, and we plan to expand even further. A few weeks ago, we started construction of a new, sixth hall, which will be located in the Kalinovac plant.
