Ivan Franičević receives an award for Manager of the year 2016

Croatian Managers’ & Entrepreneurs’ Association CROMA held an award ceremony for Manager of the year on Friday 25th of November. The award was given to 17 equal winners in 9 different categories. Ivan Franičević, Chief Executive Officer of RASCO company received an award for the Manager of the year.

„This award came as a result of constant work and effort of each and every employee of RASCO company. From a small craft workshop with two employees, we have grown to a company which employs almost 250 people and exports to more than 30 countries in the world.

Acknowledgement of the CROMA Association is not only directed to me personally. It is one of the many awards which confirm the quality of products and business processes in RASCO. We are very proud that Croatian intelligence and Croatian products can compete equally in demanding markets of West European countries. The fact that we were recognized by an association like this gives us encouragement for further development and improvements in our business,“ said Ivan Franičević after the ceremony.

The award was also given to Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft Croatia Ivan Vidaković, Chief Executive Officer of NOVA TV Dražen Mavrić, Chief Executive Officer of Končar Ivan Klapan and others.
