The quality of our products and services is based on the implementation of leading standardised process management systems. RASCO is a long-time holder of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. In addition to ISO standards, we pay great attention to speed and responsiveness in implementing customer requests, while ensuring continuous improvements to our products as well as to our services and customer support.
The RASCO Quality Policy governs the way we treat all stakeholders in our business: customers, suppliers, employees, and the local community.

Quality managment
The quality we build complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This is guaranteed by the system described in the Quality Manual and is based on meeting our customers’ demands.
Quality is generated in all segments of the business, in all stages of the production process and service delivery. It is guaranteed by the consistent application of a certified quality management system and continuous improvements. The quality management system is implemented and followed by all employees of the company according to their tasks and competencies, at all times and in all segments of the company’s operations.
Environmental protection management system
In addition to the quality management system, with the aim of improving our business operations in all aspects, we have introduced an environmental protection management system.
The system is built on the requirements of the international ISO 14001:2015 standard. It is based on setting environmental goals, monitoring the achievement of those goals, and continually improving the system.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An energy management system in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard has also been introduced, aimed at efficient energy consumption and a switch to renewable energy sources.
