Personal information. Personal information is any information pertaining to the identified person or a person that can be directly or indirectly identified (e.g. first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.).
Purpose of collecting information. We collect personal information for the purpose of improving the quality of content, functionality and services at rasco.hr so that we can meet your interests and needs in order to inform you about the existing and new content, functionality and services of rasco.hr that could be of interest to you and in order to familiarize you with our products and services, as well as those from our affiliates and partners.
Information we process. Access to the rasco.hr website is free and no registration is required. If you decide to register, you can use more content and functionality of the rasco.hr website (for example, sign up for newsletters or create a profile with a resume). Providing personal information is voluntary. We do not process more personal information than it is necessary for your participation in any activity on our website. When registering, we can process the following personal information: your username, password, first and last name, e-mail address). Additionally, you have the option to enter additional personal information if you wish.
You have the right to oppose the receipt of promotional e-mails (newsletters, news alerts…) by sending us a notice to the address email@example.com with your request or you can opt-out of this functionality yourself if offered in a promotional e-mail.

RASCO respects your privacy and processes your personal information fairly and lawfully.
Without consent, personal information may be collected and processed in cases determined by law.
Processing of personal information. We store the collected personal information in electronic form and, to protect it, we apply the appropriate technical, organizational and personnel protection measures of personal information and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to the personal information that is not available to other portal users and to ensure they are used in accordance with the purpose of the processing.
Surveys and questionnaires. We occasionally conduct surveys, studies, questionnaires, etc. on our web pages: we consider the information collected in this way confidential and we use them exclusively for RASCO’s needs. Only the summary results of such surveys and questionnaires or studies can be used for public relations purposes and can be shared with you on rasco.hr.
Messages in the electronic format. When you send us electronic mail (e-mail) with your personal information that can be used to identify you, we use this information only for the purpose of meeting your request, regardless of whether this is an e-mail with a question or a comment. We may forward your electronic message or form to a third party, other RASCO employees or suppliers in order to respond to your question or to comply with your request.

Saving personal information. Your personal information, which you made available to us when registering, will be saved during the existence of the rasco.hr website or during the duration of your registration. After that, we will delete your personal information, unless you allow us to further keep your personal information.
Your access to data. You are authorized to delete your user account at any time. At the same time, you are authorized at any time to request information about which personal information we store in our records of personal information of registered users and to request that all or some personal information be changed or deleted. You will do so by sending us a notice with your request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. If you submit one of these requests, we will make reasonable efforts to confirm your identity and to prevent unauthorized processing of personal information.

- Server statistics
Our global network server uses a statistical program. These programs are a standard feature of all web servers and are not unique to the rasco.hr website. Such statistical programs allow us to identify information that interests our users the most or the least. Such a program should be introduced for the efficiency of the structure of our website and for measuring the number of visits to rasco.hr.

For the safety of the information on the rasco.hr website and to ensure that the content, functionalities and services of the rasco.hr website are accessible to all users, this computer system uses programs that monitor visits to the network and recognize unauthorized attempts to send or change information, as well as those that could cause damage in some other way. What are cookies? Cookies represent a set of data that serves as your anonymous individual identifier, as a particular page of the rasco.hr website you are visiting is sent to your browser.

In order to provide you with a better user experience and effectively plan future marketing campaigns and publish content in line with your interests, we use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting tool that collects information on gender, age, and interests of the user.

You can at any time request a review of all the personal information we have received from you. We may update, correct, or delete this information at your request (if the relevant information is still in our personal information records) or stop using this information in the future. We are doing everything in our power to ensure that all redirects from our web pages direct you to websites whose content is good in the sense that it does not encourage negativity. However, web pages and web addresses are changing rapidly, and we cannot always guarantee for the content of every address you are directed to.
