THE LYNX CHARGE 5000 OUTPERFORMS ITS DIESEL COUNTERPART IN POWER, DELIVERING A QUIETER, CLEANER AND LOWER MAINTENANCE SWEEPING EXPERIENCE.
LYNX Charge 5000 draws its power from an impressive 160 kWh Lithium–ion battery pack, supporting and operating time of up to 8 hours. With LYNX Charge 5000 the entire work shift can be completed without a need for recharging. When battery eventually empties, 80 kW DC fast charger can top it up to 3 hours.
Unlike LYNX 5000 that has only one engine, LYNX Charge 5000 has three electromotors responsible for powering the drive train, suction fan and electrohydraulic power pack. Combined, LYNX Charge 5000 packs more power than the diesel version.
The electric drive system is not only cleaner and more efficient, but also quieter and requires less maintenance than conventional diesel engines. Built on the LYNX 5000 platform, LYNX Charge 5000 is not just an electrified version of LYNX 5000, it is truly a fully pledged electric sweeper delivering the same efficiency as the diesel version does.

MANEUVERABILITY
The remarkable manoeuvrability is made possible by the two–wheel drive on the rear axle, which enables fast movement between work sites and promotes efficient sweeping, while the four–wheel steering (4WS) ensures precise control and manoeuvrability during work.
AUTONOMY
The LYNX Charge 5000 can work for an entire shift without having to return to the base. With a hopper of 5 m3, 700+ L of water capacity and 160 kW battery pack, exceptional operating autonomy is guaranteed.

The third brush system can be used in several ways: to increase the maximum sweeping width, to sweep both the road and the sidewalk in a single pass, or to dislodge stubborn weeds and dried up mud in front of the standard two brushes. The multifunctionality of the system is achieved by the possible choice of different types of brushes ranging from a soft plastic brush to the weed brush, which consists of hard woven metal cables.
The LYNX Charge 5000 offers two efficient options for unloading waste. The standard tipping method offers a convenient unloading height of 900 mm, while the high dump option goes one step further with an impressive 1600 mm unloading height, facilitated by a powerful push plate mechanism which allows the collected debris to be deposited directly into a standard waste container.
The always-ready manual suction hose mounted on the hopper and a carefully designed suction turbine make the LYNX 5000 a cleaning powerhouse.
All sweepers can be additionally equipped with a hand washer that uses high-pressure water as a cleaning agent. The hand washer quickly and easily cleans corners and similar inaccessible parts of the streets.
